The majority of advisers are trained volunteers, helping the national
Citizens Advice service to resolve over 5.5 million new problems every
year.
Citizens Advice couldn’t survive without its 20,000 fantastic volunteers, but
needs around 5,000 more. We’re looking for all sorts of people with
different backgrounds and skills to volunteer with us for a uniquely
rewarding experience.
