The aims of the Citizens Advice Bureau Service;
To provide free impartial, independent and confidential advice to anyone who requests it, regardless or race, gender, sexuality or disability.

To ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge or their rights and responsibilities, or of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively.

To exercise a responsible influence on social policy makers, and the development of social policies, both locally and nationally.

What support can you expect?
All Citizens Advice Bureau volunteer advisers are trained in most areas of English law including Debt, Housing, Homelessness, Employment, Immigration, Family Matters, Legal Issues, Welfare Benefits, and Consumer issues. Click on the adviceguide logo to look up information on-line.
